Dozens of Broadway stars have united to record a version of What the World Needs Now is Love to benefit the families of the victims of the mass shooting in Orlando.

The shooting in the gay nightclub Pulse left 49 people dead and dozens injured. The massacre took place just hours before Broadway celebrated its biggest night of the year: the Tony Awards. The ceremony was dedicated to the Orlando victims.

A live performance of the single was aired Tuesday on Maya and Marty.

All proceeds from the sale of the song, available on iTunes and, will benefit the LGBT Center of Central Florida.
