Appearing last week on Chelsea Handler's Netflix talk show, Chelsea, Jane Lynch and EJ Johnson discussed coming out.

Lynch, who is best known for playing coach Sue Sylvester on Glee, told Handler that her 4-year marriage to Lara Embry would be her last.

“This is shut down,” Lynch said when asked whether she would consider remarrying. “You know, closed for business. The ship has sailed, in that regard. I love being alone. And I think that's how I always should have been. Alone and unattached.”

Elsewhere on the show, EJ Johnson of E!'s EJ NYC, was asked whether he felt as if he was lying about his sexuality prior to coming out.

“I just think it's all about timing,” Johnson answered. “I don't really think that I was lying. And I hope no one feels like I lied to them. Everyone needs their time. And when you're ready, you're ready, but you can't rush it.”

“I just want to get to the place where everyone is just coming onto a red carpet with a man one day, a woman the next, and it's not a problem,” he added.

Lynch, who currently hosts NBC's Hollywood Game Night, agreed, saying that outing a person “can be kind of brutal.”
