Danny Pintauro, who played Jonathan
Bower for 8 seasons on Who's the Boss?, married his boyfriend
Wil Tabares on Thursday.
Pintauro and Tabares – who live in
Las Vegas, Nevada – tied the knot on a beach in Dana Point,
California, celebrity glossy US
Weekly reported.
“The wedding was terrific and
everyone was so happy to be there,” Pintauro, 38, said. “We went
into it with no stress or worries or cares, except to have a good
time.”
In comments to E!
Online, he said the support the couple has received in the year
since they got engaged has been overwhelming.
“Our friends and family are
absolutely amazing and have been completely supportive,” he said.
“And I appreciate all of the support around the world, which has
been overwhelming.”
The couple said last year that once
married they plan on moving to California.
Pintauro, who came out in 1997,
returned to television three years ago after an 18 year absence,
making guest appearances on ABC Family's
The Secret Life of the American Teenager and
Comedy Central's Laugh
Track Mash-Ups.
