Designer Nate Berkus will return to
television in the fall.
Berkus and husband Jeremiah Brent will
co-host Married to Design: Nate & Jeremiah.
On the show, set to air on cable
network TLC, Berkus and Brent will come to the rescue of people whose
homes are in serious need of a makeover.
“Design isn't just what we do for a
living, it's what we do on our weekends,” Berkus said. “So this
show is perfect. We get to have all the fun and the homeowner gets
rescued from a money pit that is consuming them. They're lost.
We're not. We know where to save, where to spend, where to shop …
It's what we love most.”
The show will also showcase the
couple's growing family and invite viewers into their home. Berkus
and Brent, who married in 2014, are raising 1-year-old daughter
Poppy.
Brent is the host of OWN's Home Made
Simple.
